Dr Jason Gray is Senior Director - Clinical Operations of Amana Healthcare, the Middle East’s leading provider of long-term care, specialized rehabilitation and home healthcare services.
Prior to joining Amana in 2020, Dr Gray spent over 25 years working for the National Health Service in England in senior clinical and leadership positions and was influential in developing national and international standards for hospitals as a representative of the Royal College of Nursing and Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. Dr. Jason has been awarded many accolades during his career including the Variety Club of Great Britain award and Pioneer of Care award for his contribution to Nursing. Dr. Jason has also held Honorary Senior Lecturer positions at Middlesex University and University of Brighton. He has also worked as a specialist advisor for the Care Quality Commission that regulates Health and Social Care in England.
An Irish national, Dr Gray holds a Doctor in Healthcare Degree from King’s College London, a Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice and a BSc (Hons.) in Nursing from Middlesex University London.
